Final conference

9. 5. 2024

With great joy, we concluded on April 29 our project "Interactive Digital Tools in Practical Vocational Education Training" (BIN SGS02_2021_009), which was full of innovations and amazing results, with the final conference at the Private Vocational School DSA in Trnava! After months of hard work with our Norwegian partner, Polarsirkelen Videregående Skole, we have achieved several important milestones that continuously advance both Slovak and Norwegian educational environments.

Here are a few of them:

  • new didactic materials developed by teachers are in line with the latest educational methods. These educational programs will bring a breath of fresh air to our classrooms and captivate our students even more!

  • all participating teachers now have access to new digital tools, which will further enhance the quality of their teaching. Each teacher has completed pilot hours based on intensive training, guaranteeing their expertise and success.

  • theoretical orientation and practical implementation of digital technologies have become an integral part of our vocational courses. Our students will be prepared for the digital era right from the start! For example, the integration of interactive digital boards, such as Padlet, into the teaching of practical vocational subjects has brought a new momentum to our classrooms and increased the engagement of our students. We see greater student engagement, participation, and better educational outcomes, which immensely pleases and motivates us.

  • the use of new methods and tools in planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of practical meetings opens up new possibilities and improves the quality of our work. Modernized hardware equipment allows us to work more efficiently and with greater comfort.

We are proud to have strengthened the digital competence of our teachers and their effectiveness in teaching. The final conference was just the beginning of a new stage in our educational journey. We look forward to what the future holds and how we will continue to innovate our educational system!
